MATLAB Microelectronic Coding Problem - Aluminum Shielding

These teaching materials can be used to teach how to use MATLAB in the context of a radiation hardening problems. The problems included are:

Problem 1: Students use data to write a program that calculates the aluminum thickness from shielding densities.

Problem 2: Students use the UDF from Problem 1 to create plots of TID against aluminum thickness in four different scales.
